    Answer:  No.

    Answer:  No.

  3. I am doing integrated M. Sc. / M. Tech. / M. E. course. Am I eligible for the Course?

    Answer:  Yes, if you are, at present, in the penultimate year (the year before the final year) of the integrated course.

  4. I am, at present, in the penultimate year (the year before the final year) of M. Sc. degree. Which marksheets should I upload?

    Answer: 

    1. The marksheet of 1st semester of the penultimate year (the year before the final year) of M. Sc.
    2. The marksheets of B. Sc.

  5. I am, at present, in the penultimate year (the year before the final year) of M. Tech. / M. E. degree. Which marksheets should I upload?

    Answer: 

    1. The marksheet of 1st semester of the penultimate year (the year before the final year) of M. Tech. / M. E.

    Answer:

    Answer: 

    1. The marksheet of 1st semester of the penultimate year (the year before the final year) of the integrated M. Sc. degree as the “Marksheets of current Postgraduate course”
    2. The marksheets of all the semesters before the one mentioned above as the “Mark sheets of Completed Semesters”.

  8. I am doing the integrated M. Tech. / integrated M. E. course. Which marksheets should I upload?

    Answer: 

    1. The marksheet of 1st semester of the penultimate year (the year before the final year) of the integrated M. Tech. / integrated M. E. degree as the “Marksheets of current Postgraduate course”
    2. The marksheets of all the semesters before the one mentioned above as the “Mark sheets of Completed Semesters”.

  9. What is the document that I should upload as proof of conversion of CPI/ CGPA to the equivalent percentage?

    Answer:  The institutes / universities which award grade points also normally provide a method/formula to convert the CGPA to equivalent percentage. You can upload a scan copy of any such official document from your institute / university that describes this conversion method/formula.

  10. My institute does not provide any formula for conversion of CPI/ CGPA to the equivalent percentage. What should I do?

    Answer:  In this case, you should upload a scan copy of official document / certificate from the competent authority from your institute / university, stating that the institute/university does not provide such conversion method/formula.

  11. Should the essay be handwritten or typed?

    Answer:  Both, handwritten and typed essays, are acceptable.

  12. Is there any format for the letter of recommendation?

    Answer: There is no prescribed format for the letter of recommendation.

  13. What if the result of 1st semester of the penultimate year of the post graduate course is awaited?

    Answer:  In this case, you should upload a scan copy of a certificate, from the competent authority from your institute / university, stating that the result of 1st semester is awaited.

  14. I am facing difficulties in filling up the required data in the online application and/or uploading the files. What should I do?

    Answer: You can take general steps such as remove cookies, disable pop-up blocker, change the browser, try from different terminal etc. While uploading the documents keep the filenames simple (don’t use special characters) e.g. btech.pdf (NOT b.tech.pdf), photo.jpg (NOT my.photo.jpg) etc.
